WEDDING PACKAGES General Information Afternoon and Evening Receptions Beach Ceremonies at Mother’s Beach Restaurant Ceremonies Inside or on Patio Select a local vessel for your Ceremony/Reception – Additional charges apply 1. A $1000 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. 25% of estimated charges are due 60 days from event date. Guaranteed number of guests is due 12 days prior to function with 75% payment of total estimated charges. Balance is due on date of the event. 150 minimum for inside reception with dance floor and lights. 2. Prices do not include a Service Charge or CA Sales Tax. Please note that California Law states that the service charge is taxable. All prices are subject to change prior to booking. 3. Afternoon receptions are scheduled for up to five hours between 10am-5pm. Dinner receptions must end by 1:30am. Patio, Sunday or weekday events may have a more flexible schedule and minimums. Additional charges may be incurred after 5 hours. 4. Children under the age of 12 will be charged half price or a special children’s menu can be provided. There is no charge for 3 and under but they must be included in the count for seating purposes. 5. We will make every effort for responsible alcoholic beverage service. If it should become necessary to close the bar due to non-compliance of state law by the guests, a pro-rata amount of the deposit may be applied for lost revenue. 6. Any upgrades to the packages will be paid directly to the vendor unless other arrangements are made in advance.
